I’ve stayed in this hotel two weekends in a row. The hotel is great itself but I’ve stayed in the tower those two weekends in a row and had issues with the door closing behind my party and I when we are leaving the room. First weekend we had to call maintenance and second weekend we hand to open and close the door till it finally stayed locked. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

The front desk customer service was not good, but the lady at the store in the tower building was very nice. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The view of volcano bay was cool, but too much noice and light from the highway at night. Beware the final charge is not only the resort fee, there’s another $50 dollar fee they charge. The free parking and pet friendly was a huge plus for me.

Not a resort, in my opinion.
The hotel, in my opinion, did not look like the images I was shown on this app. The hotel did not give resort vibes, therefore I don’t know why they would charge a resort fee. Then, during our stay they were actively renovating or doing some construction work across from our rooms and we could hear the loud noises and work going on. The only good thing about my stay was the room size. The room was spacious but that is all.

The property was very very close to the park, the pool and the food was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms were not very clean around the bathrooms. They were old, the beds and the sheets has an odor very strong that i didn't like. Other than that my experience was good.

Air condition are down in my 1st room, I call service and not bring the service to fix. We down to FD and the guy bring an excellent service, the pass to another room but this d not open, we wait for the service guard but don’t comming to us, the back to FD and the guy search for a solution with us. And solved bring another room .

This is an expensive so called hotel/resort and the only thing that gets close to resort style is the pool area and the full bar with TV’s outside by pool. However, I checked in after rooms were “cleaned” and where do I start? Behind the bathroom door was several dirty underwear and empty soap packets next to it and if this room were truly cleaned, how did they missed that in the bathroom behind the door on the floor if it was cleaned. No hair dryer, not enough towels, fridge didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, phone didn’t work I had to call them on my personal cell phone about these complaints. After being moved to another room I stayed because it was just one night and just was there to sleep, my daughter had an event to attend in Orlando. The room was not in good condition bathroom had mold growing around the tub, the room door was old and rusty coming off the foundation, filthy visible baseboards, rusty in corner of the walls by the room door just messed up my overnight stay. I did take video and pictures and after returning from the event I stopped by the front desk to show the video and pictures to the staff that checks you on and all she say is here is an email address send the videos and pictures and see what they will do to help you, remind you it’s almost 10pm at night didn’t give me a manager nothing just sad and shameful. I do not recommend this place until they can do better, but I’m sure some people don’t care about the conditions they will stay anyway.
