Parking is a nightmare. You pay to park the machines don't work and extremely hard to get help. Staff was rude and everything thing was humid and damp. Mold all over the ceiling especially in the bathroom. Halls and elevator were not clean. We were there over 3 days the trash in the elevator was never cleaned. Two lights in one elevator were held in with duct tape.

Lately, most hotels are charging the parking lot, sometimes they say the price per night to park the car but many times the cost when you get to the hotel is exaggerated and you have to take it because there are no options.

Check-in was 2 hours delayed because it “wasn’t ready”. Had to get ready in my car and missed the opening of Halloween Horror Nights. The room stunk of weed and mildew. $26 just to park on site. The only thing worth anything were the front desk personnel, they were great. Had to repeatedly ask for compensation because nothing was being offered.

Terrible. We arrived to our room and it wreaked Of cigarettes. Our heads were spinning. We were told no other rooms available and there was nothing that could be done. It took us an hour of calling around to find a hotel room which had to be one of the most expensive ones around due to limited options available. Completely un acceptable and disgusting
