Family Florida get away

Second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint! The kids love the pool and the game room, there’s so much for them to be active with when we aren’t venturing the parks. All the tourist sites are easily accessible. We can’t wait to come back, thank you again for the memories!

Nationals Home Base

I am the coach of a high school dance team. And we stayed here for our national dance competition. It was absolutely perfect. I felt totally safe having all of the girls together. There was plenty of space for us to be together when we needed to be. And separate when they needed time alone everything was just as promised. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Great for family gatherings

We celebrated Thanksgiving here and enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone in the family. The house was clean and so was the pool/hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent. A property management company was available if needed.

The home offered many amenities that our family enjoyed. There weren’t enough towels to accommodate our group for use for bathing and swimming. We reported this to the property management and requested that more towels be delivered however this never happened.

Amazing home and owners.

We just got home from Florida and we’re already planning our next stay. Stacie & Kent’s home was perfect. The entire house was clean and neat inside and out. My kids thoroughly enjoyed everything. The pool, the game room, the space. Stacie and Kent were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. We couldn’t figure out the grill. Stacie quickly provided step by step instructions and when that didn’t work, she had someone stop by to help. Our kids did not want to leave. ;) Amazing house, amazing hospitality - just perfect.

Perfect Home!

We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. Our host was attentive, and was able to help with anything I needed or requested. You cannot go wrong renting this house! Highly recommend!

We had the best time here! Our family of 15 was very comfortable and felt right at home. We had 7 adults and 8 kids between the ages of 4-15 and we all enjoyed our stay here. The kids especially liked the pool and theatre room. We appreciated the strollers available to use in the storage closet. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the necessary equipment to cook large meals for the whole group. We loved the house and would stay there again!

Perfect for our group getaway!

We had an amazing time! Our group of 9 adults and 2 children (ages 6 & 9) thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The theatre room, pool and game room were huge hits with the kids, and the adults took advantage of the outdoor seating which allowed for our relaxation while being able to supervise the kids swimming. The gated community was beautiful and the Oasis club was such a great added bonus to our stay! We could have taken an additional day just hanging out there enjoying the lazy river!

Multigenerational Family Disney Holiday

Overall we would definitely recommend the property. It was perfect for our family of 14. Lots is space. We did a lot of our own cooking and kitchen had everything we needed to make gourmet meals. Location was ideal to get to Disney and Universal Parks. Lots of grocery and shopping store very close. Oasis club walking distance. We rented cars. Did not use Uber. Minor issues with 2 games in game room. Air hockey fan does not move the puck. Stars wars game did not work. Lots of other options though. We ran into challenges w 2 of our group’s names not on the entry gate listing which is huge inconvenience at check in. Also the line up at the entry gate can be very long. Host responded very quickly, but still added an hour to check in. Because we had a toddler and crawler we discovered under beds, corners etc could use a good cleaning/vacuuming. Barbeque very dirty. TV’s everywhere, which is wonderful. We didn’t make much use of the theatre room as too busy visiting with family. There was a Christmas Tree set up in the family room when we arrived. Everyone excited about that! Pool & Hot tub perfect! Baby paraphernalia on site for us. Thanks for making our holiday wonderful!

Amazing vacation house

This house was beautiful decorated and clean. For family of 17 this house had all comfortable king beds for all the adults which was a plus. House looks just like the pictures. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. The kids never got bored. It had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. We would love to rent this house again. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and the owners came the next day to fix them. They were always available to answer all of our questions.

Wonderful Place to stay!!

This is the second time we've stayed here, we loved it this time as much as the last. It has a great layout with lots of things to do for the kids. We had a great time! Great Home & Location

Place was everything we needed having a family of 4 kids and 2 adults. Kids loved the pool/ hot tub and all the gaming options. Close walk to one of 2 outdoor pool areas and great location with many options of food close by. Property manager was very quick with responses and overall we are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend for larger families to give yourself some space from everyone during these long stays

Orlando Family Vacation

Booking and check in were very easy and painless, we went with a family of 16 with 8 kids ages from 1 to 10 and 8 adults, the house had plenty of room for all of us, the game room was great for the older kids and they had plenty of other games for the whole family, if going in the winter i would recommend heating the pool its a little cool after dark. We did have an issue with the upstairs hvac not working, and the owner Stacie was in top of it and got it fixed right away, Stacie was the best,she responded to all question we had from bookibg to checkout. We usually stay in a hotel but after the experience we had with everyone this is the only way to go now. I would give this a house an A+. I just say how much we enjoyed our stay and the reception the owners gave us. GREAT JOB STACIE

Family Disney trip

We had a wonderful time on the property! There was something for everyone! The littles enjoyed the pool and game room and keep asking to go back. It was a close drive to all of the parks and very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everyone loved the themed rooms, there was plenty of room, and we’ve already rebooked! We are so excited!

This house was amazing! It had something for everyone and we were all disappointed that we were too busy to enjoy it more. Its a must if you have teens! The negative we experienced was the property management doesn't provide a lot of necessities like TP, paper towels, trashbags, etc. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time so we could bring those items. They also don't advertise that there is a fee if you want the hot tub and pool heated. Even with these, I would definitely stay there again!

2023 Family Disney Trip

The house was perfect for all 16 of us; close to stores needed and parks we attended-both driving ourselves and reasonable Uber rides. The kids loved the pool and hot tub!
