We thought the property was clean, spacious, updated and cute. We enjoyed the area and thought it was easily accessible.
We really loved the resort and frequented the little area with all the shops and restaurants.
We were disappointed that we were not left hardly any amenities. We were given only one bathroom towel and one beach towel per person. We were happy to do our own laundry, but were only given one Tide pod. We were left a very small amount of toilet paper and only one extra trash bag. We were only in town for 4 days and found it inconvenient and frustrating that we had to run to the store to grab these items.
Also, were excited to have a free shuttle service back and forth to the parks, but this service was absolutely terrible and inconvenient. Drivers did not speak English, so we got on the wrong shuttle and had to Uber home from the drop off site. Wanted to take the shuttle to Sea World. The park opens at 10am and the only shuttle for the day runs to Sea World at 7:45am. Makes no sense.
Vstays should not use this 3rd party service. It is a poor reflection on them.
