Great Property for adult family

This property was excellent for group that require multiple on-suite bedrooms. Each bed room comes with a King bed - no twins. The only reason I rated this property a 4 instead of a 5 were the towels provided for the bathrooms and pool. They were very poor quality, which detracked from the property.

Drunken Parrot review

Place was as advertised with ample beds and baths for the whole crowd. Kitchen well appointed and we loved sitting by the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. The buzzer took some getting used to but we figured it out (appreciate the safety of it). For an even more enjoyable stay, it would have been nice to have access to a skimmer for the pool (filter/pump was not working well). Also the kitchen could have had a couple more basic items like sugar packets and foil/plastic wrap. We walked around the resort some and liked the pool areas. We never took advantage however as we stayed at our own private pool! Would definitely consider coming back.

if anyone wants to go outside, the pool alarm beeps. Even if you press the button like the directions say to. It’s extremely loud and the infants with us didn’t nap. The smell of the cleaner they used was very strong and gave me a headache all weekend. The main pool was fun and had good food.

Nice home!

Home was clean and in overall good condition. Nice lake views from the balconies. Can’t beat the location - shopping, dining and some activities within walking distance. Check in was quick and easy and prompt responses to any questions. Only have 2 small complaints - 1. The button near the back French doors to disarm the pool alarm wasn’t working so any time we went out the door to the pool, we had to listen to that obnoxious noise. 2. There’s a cute little Margaritaville themed bar stand out by the pool. One of us just put our foot on the foot rest on the bottom of the bar stool and it snapped right off - the wood is dry rotted. The management company was notified of these issues when we checked out. Other than those minor things, we very much enjoyed staying in this house!

Fun Stay

We stayed at this unit for a bachelor party. The overall unit is very nice and comfy. It is a bit hard to find the location of it though, but we eventually got there. Nicely decorated throughout. The pool was warm and the hot tub was very hot. Be prepared to walk some stairs if you stay on the top floor. Also, towels and soaps were very scarce. About one per person, which is not ideal when staying in a place with a pool. We called to get more towels and were told that is why there is a washing machine in the home.... Not the best answer. Also, we requested pool towels which were supposed to be in the home and we were brought a giant clear bag of unfolded pool towels....The pool also had a lot of debris in it which we had to clean out ourselves. For the price, I feel this should have been done for us. Lastly, the floors were dirty and it was brought up by several of the people staying there. Our feet were black when walking around barefoot. Other than that it is a nice place overall. Good if you are wanting to stay in a place with a lot of people.

Beautiful home in Margaritaville

This was the PERFECT vacation for my family to meet and get to spend time together with a private pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean, spacious, and well decorated. I will recommend this home to everyone I know and will be our new annual summer vacation!
