starting to look and feel old and tired.
I have been to this hotel quite a few times and progressively is looking more tired each time. Whilst the rooms are clean, my current one smelt musty and old. Other than that, my stay was great. Nice and quiet and comfortable. I will probably try one of the other oaks next time i visit brisbane. Also the lift times are ridiculous.

Another wonderful stay at this location. We had a lovely unit near the pool and with a huge balcony. It was more than enough space for two adults and a baby. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is a great location near the Star and close to southbank.

What a great hotel! Excellent location near queens street mall and a short walk to the Star and Southbank. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We definitely recommend this hotel.
