We had a flight cancelled and picked this hotel at random. It was a very cute spa. Desk staff were extremely friendly, easy going and helpful. Shuttle to train station. If not dealing with the Crowdstrike disaster it would have been interesting to try the baths.
It was quite lovely experience never stood at a place that had bathhouse beautiful
Everybody was so nice and polite
I had dinner there twice and the food was delicious and breakfast. Delicious. Very organized. Great staff the cleaning staff was awesome. Everything was so great. I will definitely use their service again.
One happy customer

This was a great property, a little bit old, but well kept
It was a bit difficult for a foreigner who has not yet learned enough of the language to understand the "rules" of the property as the employees were also limited in communicating back, but it was a clean, comfortable place to stay.
Spa good, receptionist good, got to check in early bonus! Room old and dated! Corridor stank of smoke, noises could be heard from other rooms. If it wasn’t for the shuttle and spa I’d doubt they’d be in business! Very over priced!
Very good hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and well designed and plenty of in room amenities.
The communal amenities a bit lacking and the breakfast and on site bar /restaurant very over priced for the level of hotel.
We had an incident at check out when we were charged for drinks that we did not have.. To be fair to the hotel they immediately rectified this once we showed them the signature was not mine but they may want to look at their billing system as clearly this very easy to do.
All in all a very good hotel

Stopped over for the night
Dated old hotel is trying to rally. Rooms remain shabby and cell-like. The onsen hit spring saves the place. It’s refurbished and clean. Didn’t eat here but the menu looked good. Linens are very clean, which is all that mattered in the end, as we were merely stopping over for one night on the way elsewhere. Room cannot be smaller. Barely enough room to open a suitcase. Two people can’t walk past each other. Bathroom tub is deep, but the room itself is claustrophobic. Fixtures were new, and there’s a washlet bidet toilet. The hotel staff was friendly. There is only one shuttle per hour. We missed one from the airport by one minute. Had to take a train two stops away and then a taxi. Morning shuttle back to airport is very organized with nice medium and large sized vans. Not close enough to call this convenient. But at least it is possible to get there smoothly.
Overall it’s forgettable, and not terrible.
Friendly staff
Food served good. Would stay again. Only thing difficult to get to. Shuttle service should be extended for longer hours.
Onsen was good.
The hotel with central temperature control, maybe good for someone but not for me, I prefer a little cooler but due to central temperature control, I can’t drop down the temperature
This is my last stop over in Japan before I fly off. I choose this hotel because I wanted to go to the Onsen/ Hot spring. I plan to go to the Onsen in the late evening but was disturbed by a group of Chinese male guest near the lift area. Hence, I replan to go to the Onsen in the morning for a 20mins quick dip and back to my hotel room for a shower. The Onsen is closed at 10am in the morning, but to my disappointment the cleaner was there at 9am doing her washing. Oh my goodness. I am totally speechless.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Older Japanese spa-type hotel. Rooms were kind of small and dated, but clean.
TV channels were limited and only about 8 or 10 Japanese channels with no English.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful regarding transportation arrangements. The room was clean and comfy: my son loved having onsen every night, thanks to the availability of a private family onsen. The cafe was handy. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great place for a soak, no other reason to stay
Stay for the onsen but dont expect much from the room. The onsen is sweet. The hotel has seen better days and could use a good cleaning and face lift.

Close to Kansai.
Quiet hotel, without many pretensions, useful for those who have to take the plane to the Kansai airport. The free transfer service is very functional, which is however necessary to book. The indoor restaurant closes early in the evening. For those arriving late, it is therefore necessary to organize themselves in another way.
Staff was amazingly courteous, & were able to communicate to us with their superior bilingual communication skills - a big plus for an English speaking customer traveling in Japan

Non smoking rooms still smelt like smoke. Not as foreigner friendly as hoped. Room size was good and the pressure in showers were great.
