Started with the signage not being lit so we missed it the first time. Then pulling into the parking lot there were multiple police cars and multiple officers in the hotel sitting in the hallways. Check in was easy. Friendly staff but when we got up to the room, key cards didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk. Finally in the room. Clean but in need of repair. Beds comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure but an odd set up. Kids were running around up and down the halls for hours. Then in the morning it started all over again. No sleep. Will not return. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

First room was a disaster, So dirty, blood stains, shower leaked and flooded bathroom. Second room was a bit better however the front desk did not have records up to date and other guests walked into the room. Also the environment is not great for children. Will NEVER return

I called the desk and told them people were yelling and that we couldn’t sleep at 11:30pm. At 3am we were still awake and people screaming, slamming doors and being very loud. I had a young child with me.

The conditions of the room and the hotel overall were beyond unacceptable. What was shown in the online images was not reflected there. Couches were stained. Doors were marked up. The elevator barely ran. It is very very run down and the staff is not very kind. I’ve been asking for a refund or resolution as we didn’t even stay five minutes in the hotel because we felt unsafe and I keep being put off by the manager Raj. I do not suggest anyone stay here for their own well being.

This hotel is well worn. The room was missing its artwork, though the empty hooks remained. There was graffiti inside a lampshade, a used menstrual product under the bathroom vanity, and the furniture was noticeably damaged. While the sheets were clean, the bedspread was stained, and the windows showed black mold. The room was inexpensive for the Family Day long weekend, and we made the best of it given the circumstances, but unfortunately I would not stay there again. We did, however, appreciate its proximity to nearby amenities.

Multiple things: We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were kept up all night by kids and a grown man drinking in the hall making noise. I called the front desk multiple times with noise complaints and the noise went on from 11;30-3:00 am in the morning. The front desk did nothing to stop it. Then we were woken up at 8:00am with a phone call from the front desk accusing us of parking in front of the garbage bin. They accused my husband of getting out of the car blocking the in but it wasn’t him. He didn’t apologize and made accusations based on a video, but had the wrong person. We did not sleep at all and were woken up early. We’d like to be compensated or refunded for this horrible experience. We will not return to this hotel.

Bathroom door would not open over half way it hit the toilet. Bed had a big low spot in mattress very uncomtable. Shower leaked so bad we had to put 3 towels to soak up water on floor. No remote for tv when we arrived. Very run down. Room very small. Not even a hook or closet to put coats

We had a disability room which was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. While the room could use some renovations, the cleanliness was superior. Saff was very friendly, accomodating to our needs and went "above and beyond." The continental breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was preparing the pastries on site. Would stay again.
