This hotel is well worn. The room was missing its artwork, though the empty hooks remained. There was graffiti inside a lampshade, a used menstrual product under the bathroom vanity, and the furniture was noticeably damaged. While the sheets were clean, the bedspread was stained, and the windows showed black mold. The room was inexpensive for the Family Day long weekend, and we made the best of it given the circumstances, but unfortunately I would not stay there again. We did, however, appreciate its proximity to nearby amenities.

Multiple things: We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were kept up all night by kids and a grown man drinking in the hall making noise. I called the front desk multiple times with noise complaints and the noise went on from 11;30-3:00 am in the morning. The front desk did nothing to stop it. Then we were woken up at 8:00am with a phone call from the front desk accusing us of parking in front of the garbage bin. They accused my husband of getting out of the car blocking the in but it wasn’t him. He didn’t apologize and made accusations based on a video, but had the wrong person. We did not sleep at all and were woken up early. We’d like to be compensated or refunded for this horrible experience. We will not return to this hotel.

Bathroom door would not open over half way it hit the toilet. Bed had a big low spot in mattress very uncomtable. Shower leaked so bad we had to put 3 towels to soak up water on floor. No remote for tv when we arrived. Very run down. Room very small. Not even a hook or closet to put coats

We had a disability room which was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. While the room could use some renovations, the cleanliness was superior. Saff was very friendly, accomodating to our needs and went "above and beyond." The continental breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was preparing the pastries on site. Would stay again.

Room was dirty, furniture was damaged, walls in bathroom needed to be washed. Abundance of fruit flies in bathroom area. Hallways were run down and needed maintenance. Random articles of clothing left outside elevator. NEVER AGAIN!

Booking was for four people yet they only gave us three towels Large group of teenagers were literally wrestling in their rooms until late at night above us and staff didn’t seem to care even after we told them that we were trying to sleep because we had to check out really early Lack of communication between employees (was told we would be able to access breakfast a tad bit early yet come time we were told that wasn’t allowed) Rooms were clean but pool was small and unkept

My whole experience start to finish was awful. I booked a room with 2 queen beds as I was travelling with my daughter. When I got to the hotel at 12:15am after our concert, I was informed they didn’t have our room and would give us a king bed room. I explained we needed 2 beds and he informed me there was a couch in the room. I explained how that isn’t acceptable and he argued with me, then after 5 minutes of going back and forth he would go clean the room (which had 2 queen beds in it) and it would take 15-25 minutes. We didn’t even get into the room until 1:05 am. Our check in time was 3pm the previous day. I woke up the next morning and spoke with the desk manager who was dismissive and argumentative. Explained how my original room had a “leak” so that’s why they switched me. I was never once notified of this change until I was at the front desk at midnight. He refused to take any ownership of his staff or their actions, and passed all blame onto me, the customer. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as their room was dirty, and their customer service is non existent.
