Stayed in newly renovated Tower. Room was quite large with separate bedroom with 2 queens. Very roomy and much better than our last stay in a much smaller room.

Beds were comfy and rooms are average in this price range. Property in my view like the rooms, is average to good. Pool water quality was very poor and frankly dirty. Unacceptable at any price range.

All staff are friendly and very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are upgraded and very clean. Overall a great stay at Park Inn and would look to stay here again. Only “negative” was the floor in the room above ours made loud squeaky noises whenever the people walked around… I would suggest requesting a room on the top floor if this noise would be bothersome to you.

We stayed in the "new building". No cable box in room, phone was disconnected, elevator broke down. Staff was quick to respond with a new cable box and repair the phone. The is a black out blind but no privacy curtain. so if you want natural light everyone in the parking lot can look into your room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Recently remodelled so facility was new and clean. Free parking. On site breakfast was convenient if somewhat limited and coffee was not good. Location on Main Street was ok and walkable to beach and restaurants. It’s a little awkward and sidewalk connections and infrastructure a bit limited but that is not the hotel’s responsibility.

We stayed in the newer buldling for 3 nights. Enjoyed having the kitchenette and a BBQ available. The pool area is nice and the breakfast seemed adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time.

The room was recently updated and very clean. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast was nice- coffee and muffins etc. We did appreciated the oat milk option. A good hotel option for the family while in Osoyoos!
