Serviced apartments in Pacific Beach

Nice hotel that’s clean with prompt room cleaning/refresh and friendly front staff. Bikes and beach chairs included. Only downside is 44$ a day parking fee. This might be optional but they don’t offer it that way. I didn’t fuss because I had some trips planned, a 7 y/oId and it was a rental. If you’re not going to be driving you can find street parking.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and decorated with a beach motif. It is right on the boardwalk and has a jacuzzi and pool facing the ocean. The breakfast was comparable to a residence inn, just average. There are some loud bars near the hotel but from our room, we didn’t hear the noise. There are some quiet restaurants within walking distance which was more our style. Overall great stay.

I booked at this property to stay in San Diego for my daughter’s birthday weekend. I arrived late on the evening of the 13th. I stayed 3 nights. I had a smooth check in with the very cool evening manager. And that’s the one thing that stood out here at the Greentree Inn was the demeanor and professionalism of the staff. Everybody was on point anytime I went to the office spoke to anybody they had what I needed. They were very friendly the housekeeping staff was great! Each member of the housekeeping team I came in contact with was friendly, and I really appreciated the breakfast staff. As a fellow hospitality worker I am definitely going to come back and stay at the Green Tree . The only other area of concern was when I entered the building. I got a whiff of natural gas from the laundry area. It seemed to only be strong the first night. I stayed 3 nights.
