This One-of-a-kind Aqua Condominium has been recently renovated to true luxury living! You will be emersed in the greens and blues of the Gulf of Mexico from the moment you step in the front door. The new tile floors will lead you through an incredible sanctuary of coastal elegance.

This centrally located unit provides stunning sunset and sunrise views along with superb views of the pools and the Gulf of Mexico from your private terrace.

This tastefully decorated home includes all new wall mounted TVs, a full kitchen with new granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, and private laundry with washer and dryer.

The elegant master suite with private terrace access features a separate glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity with granite countertops and generous closet space.

Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. Stayed with my husband and adult son. Absolutely loved the condo, very clean and loved the decor. We really enjoyed the large patio area! We have stayed at Aqua before but this condo was by far our favorite! The pictures on site were as advertise and check in process was easy and our room was actually ready earlier than expected. My husband even told me he wanted to stay there in the future! Hope to be there again next year! Arrived on Labor Day and it was not crowded and no problem with noise at night! Thanks for having us!

Perfect Condo
This condo was amazing! It was very clean and very well taken care of. We didn't have a issue with one thing. Check-in went smooth. This is the perfect condo for 2 adults and 2 kids. We will be staying here again in the near future.
