Staff are friendly and available always to help. View, Heated outdoor pool & Hot tub are highlights Property is old building but all others are good. May be if they renovate property with paint and carpet upgrade this property will be rocking. Still for this price range a decent hotel to stay with family.

The room was very nice and clean well laid out. We had our own balcony with large sliding glass glass doors, and a boardwalk as soon as you got off the elevator.

Check in was extremely fast and easy. Room wasn't spotless, bed sheets were all wrinkled, but the beds were actually super comfy (never judge a book by its cover). The beach was BEAUTIFUL. When I book this room by Expedia, I specific asked for "Pet Friendly" since we were traveling with my dog. An old man there, I believe hes a regular cause the ladie from Front desk was helping him, said to me "DOGS AREN'T ALLOWED HERE". I said "Thank you, I am living now". But, overall, it good place to stay, very low key. Looking forward to come back in summer time.

I've been coming here for around 10 years. They have great rates, the rooms are clean and we feel safe. The views of the beach are magical, we even got to see dolphins from our balcony 🐬⛱️🐚🌊

The beachfront resort was great, watching the sun set over the Gulf was beautiful! Liked that the resort was not in the crowded area of Panama Beach but you were near enough to enjoy the restaurants and other attractions quickly.

Property is dirty and falling apart. Rooms are old and stinky. Staff has a check in scam going. They ask for $30 strictly cash if you want to check in an hour or two early even if they have the room ready. Elevator is dingy, door opens and closes weird, it shakes, needs maintenance. Only thing going for this hotel is being on the beach. Such a shame. Booked this through Expedia too. They shouldn’t keep hotels like this on the platform.

This was an emergency booking. I booked a hotel for to stay in Panama City, turns out I booked in Panama Panama. I immediately booked a room at this property and was able to check in early. The staff was very welcoming upon entrance you could smell the cleanliness in the air. The hot tub was not available but with a balcony view of one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches at your footsteps, who cared about the hot tub. It was amazing. I would definitely revisit to stay again.
