Beautiful location and nice lobby area. Our room had a great view of the ocean. Down side is that the hallways and rooms have carpet, which don’t seem to be cleaned frequently. There is a musty odor from the carpet in the room and in the halls. If they can take care of that, great hotel.

I had initially reserved a a room for those with disabilities. I guess those rooms do not get used very much. I did not even have to go into the room. I cracked the door and the worst urine smell hit me in the face. I went down to get my room changed. The desk changed it with no problem. That room needs to be totally ripped apart. My stay in the new room was great.

The staff were very nice, the room and hot tub were nice and clean as well, and there was direct access to the beach. This location is very convenient, because it is pretty much close to everything. One thing that I noticed is that the pool could be drained and cleaned, as there was several objects floating in the water. However, everything else went very well. I would definitely stay here, again.

Good choice for stay
Enjoyed everything about this stay. Comfort, cleanliness, breakfast offerings were all on point. Staff was courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the location and having the on-site bar. Only issues were a bit of musty/smoker smell on our floor (5) and that parking in the hotel’s garage was an extra daily charge. Regardless, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Booked through Expedia.com for a good price- I got the regular price charged by Hampton Inn - I never gave Hampton Inn permission to charge my credit card. The female who checked me out of the hotel, was very rude. I called about these unauthorized charges from Hampton Inn in Panama City Beach, Florida and the clerk hung up! Charge my card and then hang up on me! UNACCEPTABLE!

We were just doing an overnight trip during off-season. We would definitely come back for a full week. So many things are in walking distance of this hotel. It is right on the beach with great views. The property was clean and up to date. The hot breakfast was one of the best I've had. The room was very nice. The only complaints I have are very small. Check in was slow but it sounded like there were computer issues and that just happens sometimes. You do have to pay for parking but I'm not sure the hotel could help that. The pigeons did some "deliveries" on our balcony and the chairs out there but again that is probably hard to prevent. All in all I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

It was average. Parking is 22 a night but was not mentioned anywhere in the reservation process. Trash is not collected every day but they are small.
