Amazing sunset! The only constructive criticism front desk staff should be more sympathetic when a guest is explaining a concern they have about a health condition. Nan did not show any concern about the situation, she didn’t even attempt to help they were too busy.
Hotel location was orime. But everything else was mediocre at best.
Room wasnt ready at the promised checkin timw of 4. I arrived an hour late and stil the room wasnt ready. Was alloted a different room on a different floor.
Room was not as spacious as other hampton inn hotel i stayed at in the past.
Also, the furniture in the room looked dated and old.
The facility is screaming for a refresh.
Great hotel. Heated pool and steps from the beach!! Room service and bar service, amazing. Highly recommended. Walking distance to the main attractions.
The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the parking garage is convenient. The parking is $20 a day, so it’s expensive, but it’s worth it. Location is perfect— it’s beachfront and and really close to the pier park. I did get the impression that the lady cleaning up the breakfast area was a little racist :/ she’s only friendly and greeting the white patrons. Maybe it’s an unconscious bias and not that intentional.
Breakfast was good! We really appreciated the warm food and that it’s not exactly the same, day after day. The western omelettes were yummy and you can make your own waffles. I like that chicken sausage was an option one of the mornings.
The front desk,Nan, was great to us. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was a wake-up call that never came! Have stayed there before and would again if we ever go back to PCB, Fl.
Great stay, everything very good. Very relaxing, most restaurants were good and within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was better than other hotels.
Amazing customer service. We were helped by Courtney, at the front desk, she was super friendly. We asked her for a different room, since the one we were had just a little window. Courtney promptly assisted us. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and everything fresh. We will definitely return.
