The location was good in terms of a 5mins walk from the train station. There are good food options around the hotel and cafes too. The staff were friendly and helped where needed. We arrived 30mins really before check in time and although it is not a requirement, it would have been nice if we could have checked in early as the room was available. So this might be something to consider for others arriving early to the property. The room was really compact and the cleanliness could be improved. There was hair on the bathroom floor and bedsheets, the pillow case had some stain on it and the wardrobe was a bit dusty too. The mirror lights in the bathroom were not working as well. We did raise certain issues to the staff and they did help address some of them.

The space was very limited: it was difficult to walk around the bed. Pillows cleanliness was poor. I don't regret this choice since the position, near Gare Du Nord, was very convenient for us, the price was reasonable and the staff was good. However, I would very likely look for somewhere else next time.

Good room, good staff, clean sheets. Around the property was sketchy but it was during Paris 2024. Never felt unsafe as security was always present. Good stay for a night or 2 in Paris and you want the convenience of being around Gare du Nord

Awesome location within walking distance of both Paris train stations. Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and spacious with air conditioning and a comfortable bathroom. Lobby was spacious and very nicely decorated.

The area between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est can feel a bit rough, but this hotel is a little gem. Clean, comfortable rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. Elevator is very small--one person and two bags fill it--and the room coffee is instant, but these are very picky little things that didn't really affect the quality of our stay. Very convenient for transport to CDG.

Let’s start with the negative aspects of the hotel are: 1) The room we stayed in was very small. Our luggage (one medium and one small suitcase and one backpack) had to stay shut during our stay, because there was no room to open it. 2) As the room was like a pigeon hole, there was not a single hook behind the entrance door or on the wall where you could hang your handbag or other small bags. 3) There was no mini fridge in the room as well, although there was enough space under the desk to fit one. The glass panel in the bathroom was so narrow it could not stop water coming out of the bath tub when you were having a shower. After someone had a shower, there was water everywhere inside the bathroom, it could cause people to slip onto the floor. The positive aspects of the hotel are: 1) Its location. It’s just a store’s throw away from the Gare du Nord and the Gare de L’Est. 2) The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

It was very clean, the staff were very nice, the beds are comfortable, there’s loads of restaurants around and shops it’s a very convenient area. It is a bit unsafe around the area especially if your a woman so that’s the only downside of paris, but it’s not the hotels fault :)
