The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was close to the metro, buses and local shops/restaurants/cafes. I would recommend the Alane Hotel

Hotel was very conveniently located if you need to use Gare Du Nord station and the little balcony was a nice surprise. Check-in was easy. However, my shower had not been restocked with gel/soap/shampoo, which I did not realize until too late. The area was very noisy with outside activity, but I did expect that.

Great location, the personal is super nice and they support you on anything. In the other side the WiFi was terrible and in the night the bathroom will smell really bad

Good location, easy access to restaurants, public transportation, and shopping. Rooms were really small. Bathroom was ok, but the shower was so tiny.

Yeah, it was pretty good. I stayed one night but would definitely spend a longer time in the future. My room was tiny so only good for a solo travel if spending more than one night. Friendly staff as well who was available at the front desk all day.

Rooms are way too small. No room for your suitcases and the shower is so small, one cannot turn without hitting the handle. Paying a hefty price, one would expect at least a normal room. The area is close to the train station which is convenient, but doesn't feel as safe. Breakfast is not worth it. Staff is nice.

Handy for gate de Nord. Couldn't open windows as all night it was police with their sirens going past constantly. Shops nearby. Staff welcoming. Paper thin walls .next to lift so had that noise of inconsiderate people slamming room doors .
