Location can't be beat. Staff very accommodating. Bed and bed linens are GREAT quality. The air conditioning works very well, you can get it like a refrigerator in there if needed (my husband loves a cold room). It's well soundproofed. It's a Paris hotel room so it is small, you need to get creative how to store your clothes and suitcases in the room, it's like a puzzle. One small shelf in the bathroom would be a huge help, no room to put cosmetics. Overall a great stay.

Property was under construction. Whole floors were cordoned off, stairs were covered in carpet protectors. Construction men were working on scaffolding right next to our window at 8am.

Extremely small rooms, don’t trust the pictures on size. Rooms are not meant for two people. Ceilings very low. See picture. Mom is 5’4. Bathroom was nice and new

Very small room, though nice bathroom. Building under construction with scaffolding outside window (as of April 2024)-- got notice from hotel to that effect day after check-in. Area near hotel is safe and convenient to tourist attractions but rather dull-- much better to stay in Marais.

Hotel getting work done, so noisy, hotel did inform us of this a wk before they cancel our original room and gave us 2 on same floor but our sons room was very hot and fridge didn’t work to open the window/doors was on a back stair well which lead to the ground. Doors didn’t have a lock so was fully open or completely closed.

Room are very small does not match what’s in the photo. Check in was terrible , had to Waite hours for my room since we got in early after a 7:30 hrs flight , even though it says online there were open available rooms . Location was great close to metro and everything else .

Overpriced hotel with poor structure, extremely hot and not enough space in the wardrobe to hang your clothes. Worst of all wi-fi did not reach my room, so I couldn't work from my room. Also, the description mentions a co-working space and there is none.

Wrong information on Hotels.com and bad experience
Besides the room being tiny (and I stayed in a superior room, which was not the basic), the room was hot, and the window looked at a grotty fire escape stair between the buildings, so I couldn't leave the window open without feeling that someone could be looking or that some pest could get in. We were two people staying for four nights, and there wasn't enough wardrobe space to fit all the clothes. The frigobar was inside the wardrobe, which would make the whole place even warmer, and inside the frigobar it wasn't cold. I asked if they could turn the air con on in the room, but they said no. I also asked for an extra key as and my wife and I were in different schedules at night events (there was only one key), and they said no. But the most annoying thing was that the wifi wasn't working. They managed to fix it on day 2, but in my room (105) the signal wasn't strong enough and kept cutting the whole time, so we had to hire a WeWork space to work from there during the day. On Hotels.com it says that they have co-working spaces but there is none.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic bit of town, but the room was a bit small for 2 people on a week long trip as there was nowhere to store bags

Room was small but perfectly formed :) Staff were friendly and helpful. About a 5 minute walk from Metro. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street - was very Parisian. We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed free tea, coffee and croissants at reception :)
