The hotel is extremely slow to fix problems in the rooms. My sink was clogged on day 1 and was fixed on the last dat of my 3 night stay after repeated reminders. Water was cut off in the morning for whole hotel and had to go out without any shower and had to use restrooms outside in a cafe. Did not receive any apology from the hotel or any clear communication on when it would be restored. The water was fixed later in the evening.

Well done
We enjoyed our stay at Novotel. It was clean, welcoming and convenient. It has a restaurant and bar on site which made it easy to have breakfast in the morning before venturing out. The breakfast is a buffet style for 20€ and kids 12 and under free. The staff was friendly and kind. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Tired hotel
The foyer is clean and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are quite tired. While everything was fine, the walls and skirting etc were all badly scuffed. The bathroom was okay, but there were obvious signs of wear and tear on fixtures and fittings. There was ongoing construction directly opposite the hotel during my stay. Between 7.30 am and 6pm there was a lot of noise / vibrations etc from the site. It didn’t bother me as I was out, but there was no indication of this when I booked through hotels.com. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is filthy and room service is non existent. For daily cleaning, they just make the bed. There is absolutely no cleaning or vacuuming done on a daily basis.
