We were extremely dissatisfied with how warm our room was. We paid over $250 euro per night and the air conditioning did not work. We questioned this at reception and basically was told they can only have the heat on OR air conditioning for the entire hotel. It was not controlled per room even though each room has separate controls. We also had to leave our room key at the desk every time we left the hotel….even when running across the street for a meal. They said it was for security but honestly, it felt more like they were being cheap so they didn’t have to replace any lost cards. We would never stay at this hotel Again

Great location
This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was excellent! The beds were comfortable & staff members were friendly & helpful. The only complaint is that the shower was not completely enclosed, so some water got on the bathroom floor. Great location! Close to Metro and there was a laundromat nearby.

Room service not worth the euros spent.
Room service was very disappointing. Brought a salad instead of 2 burgers, sandwich and dessert we ordered. Had to call and wait another 20 minutes for them to bring 1 burger, sandwich and dessert.Had to call a second time for them to say it would be another 20 minutes for the missing burger or we could cancel it and they would refund. I canceled the missing burger and they have yet to refund me. Spent 100 euros and the food was not that good. Sandwich was the best thing.
