Awful experience at this hotel! Checked in and they gave me a completely different room then what I booked online, ordered a twin room with separate living room and got palmed off with a standard double room. Obviously ordered twin bed for a reason! Complained and got moved to another room; Tv cutting out every 5mins, Air con was horrendous. Didn’t sleep and went down at 1am to ask for an extra fan due to the room being unbearable. Also the hotel demands you don’t put aircon lower then 20• or you will get fined.. Shower power is non existent, bed is rock solid, toilet roll wasn’t even put into holder, no soap/shampoo in dispenser. Honestly not a good word to say about this place

I have been just re-reading the reviews online and am really curious whether these people were staying in the same hotel. The bed was not firm as suggested, but rock hard. Upon entering the room for the first time we discovered dirty towels and face towels behind bathroom door. The room was badly in need of some TLC especially in the bathroom area. There was no coffee, whitener or sugar supplied, which would have been superfluous because there were no cups or teaspoons anyway. The balcony on our room was very small which may have been ok except that the patio furniture was falling apart. The TV was a square style TV which was very old. It got to the stage where we had complained that much about issues that we were reluctant to complain anymore. We had to change rooms during our 6 day stay through no fault of the hotels however, when we moved into the other room, there were used cakes of soap still in the soap trays from the previous guests and no soap or shampoo for us to use. In fact, whilst the room was cleaned every day, soap and shampoo seemed to be replaced on an ad hoc basis. During the night, because of another restless night on a rock hard bed, the pillowslip had come off the pillow revealing a pillow that was so yellow that we went and brought our own. I am afraid that our experience in this hotel was far less than perfect! Of course this hotel had positive aspects. It was inexpensive for Patong, the owners and staff were nice and the location was awesome.

Exceptionally clean excellent value for money .
Thoroughly appreciated the help for booking day trips transfers and anything required from the owner ,she was a a lovely lady and awesome help herself and her brother !! The room was exceptionally clean and was offered to clean the room everyday as we had a 7 night stay there . Would highly recommend exception price and warm friendly staff . We only had breakfast at the place with no complaints . Thank you for for your warm kind hospitality .

별하나도 아까울 정도예요 트윈베드로 금액 더 주고 변경해서 갓는데 첫날 방이 없다며 침대 하나 짜리에서 잣어요 추가요금 환불도 안해주심 그리고 혹시 가신다면 물품 조심하세요 귀중품이 아니여도 청소 직원들이 사소한것도 훔쳐갑니다. 참고로 저희는 두리안캔디와 귀걸이 분실 햇어요 그래도 굳이 가신다면 청소는 부탁하지 마세요 이런 숙소는 다시 가고싶지 않습니다

funkade bra denna gången till skillnad från förra gången vi var här då dom försökte blåsa mig på sviten som jag bokade men inte fick. ett varningens finger städaren gick in i rummet o bytte ut fjärrkontroll till ac ich la dit en icke fungerande fjärrkontroll INTE OK utan att säga något . hon fick smått panik när jag kom nerfarande med fjärrkontrollen

スタッフさんがとても優しかったです。宿泊した1日目は、電気がつかずシャワーが詰まるなど問題はありましたが、それらを伝えると、次の日には全て改善されていました。バングラ通りからは歩いて15分ほどと少し遠かったですが泊まる場所としてはとても良かったと思います。
