It's in a good location if you don't have a car. A bus stop right outside, and a short walk to the main Perth railway station. The room itself is well kept, clean, if a little on the small side, and lacks kitchen facilities in the room (there is a communal kitchen if you want to use it). The bed is comfortable, but the main issue is noise. The traffic noise is significant, and it's in a very public area, with people yelling out on the street at all times of night. This comes straight through the windows even when shut. Also the owners seem to have trouble providing a tax invoice for the stay. Nevertheless, it's not bad value for the money in central Perth.
