Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice

Hotel é muito bom no geral, poderia ser ótimo por alguns detalhes: - piscina tem de ter aquecimento, principalmente no inverno; - atenção nos detalhes: raquete de pingue-pongue danificada (só tinham 2…hotel enorme, a recepção sabe que o material está com problemas, remendaram com fitas! Não justifica essa falta de cuidado; - cobraram 2 itens a mais de bar, basta ver a assinatura no recibo que não tinha a ver com as outras, mas o ideal seria solicitar “ver” o cartão com o número do quarto (assim inibiria, se for na fé de outro hóspede);

Hotel amplo.com.uma excelente piscina, parquinho e restaurante. Senti falta de piscina aquecida. E quando chegamls tivemos que pedir um mensageiro para as malas, ela perguntou se havia necessidade.... Mas no geral.hotel muito bom.

A estadia foi muito boa , hotel limpo , funcionários prontos a atender nossas demandas ,porém necessita de manutenção do quarto : banheiro com vazamento no box ,paredes com pequenas infiltrações , campainha para limpeza do quarto não funcionando. Em relação a comodidades televisão sem acesso a streaming.

Passamos o final de semana no Villa Itaipava Resort, a locação é ótima, bem como o quarto com varanda que nós ficamos hospedados. O atendimento dos funcionários foi um diferencial bastante positivo. O café da manhã também é bem servido com variedades. A recreação no primeiro dia não cumpriu com o que estava previsto, como por exemplo passeio à fazendinha. Porém um ponto negativo e de atenção que incomodou todos os que viajaram comigo, foi o fato da piscina não ter Guarda-Vidas e, mais, a piscina tem um brinquedo super legal (ponte do rio que cai), que a criançada se esbaldou de brincar, mas os pais tinham que ficar 100% atentos, pois não existia um guarda-vidas na piscina.
