One and done, not going back, the property is very nice and clean but… This was a weekend getaway date for a concert and dinner. Two hours before the concert we tried to get a dinner before we went to the room to change. EVERY dining establishment had more than a 40 minute wait. Property is far away from any alternative dining. Dinner was tortilla chips and bean dip! In the room. Staff response was they were really busy. Good for them, lousy fro customers. Thanks for spoiling our evening! Only one of three elevators working for two days in a nine floor hotel. (Confirmed by maintenance guy.)

I loved my roomand the view. I was celebrating my birthday and front desk gave me a dinner credit. However, the water wss off in the entire hotel. No access to shower, or the ability to flush the toilet. This occurred on 11/5 my birthday. I was unable to shower or freshen up. The hotel didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience

We went to the Chinese restaurant just a few steps from the slot machines, we wanted to enjoy a nice family dinner, we were 4 adults and a minor, we told the waiter that we were expecting 2 more people. When the two people arrived, my son and daughter-in-law went out of the restaurant to greet them... and to my surprise !! The woman who was seating the people who arrived, would not let them in and they told her that they were already having dinner inside and that they went out a few steps from the entrance just to greet them, and she still wouldn't let them in. My daughter-in-law wanted to walk to the table where we were already having dinner, and what the woman in charge of the entrance said to her... You're not going anywhere!!!! And how embarrassing was !! We traveled from the San Francisco Bay Area, California, I expected much more from the resort.

We have stayed several times. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Mini water bottles available for free 24/7 in the lobby. Rooms & beds are comfortable. Plenty of lighting. Decent bath mini soaps. You can get to your room without having to go thru the casino. The pool/hot tubs are great. Only negative this time is the new weight-sensored mini bar tray taking up space the counter under the TV.
