Love this place! The staff is super helpful and the area is very walkable. It's attached to a mall and also it's a few minutes walk to the beach. Also nightlife around here is great. It's right on bangala walking street. You just have to cross the road. the walking street NOT a good place for kids. Please don't bring your kids here or at least do research first.

This property was very nice with excellent service. Check in was a little slow, and they did not have our room ready. They had us wait for a little bit but not long. We asked for an upgrade for inconvenience and they upgraded to room with balcony. Room was clean and serviced daily. The shower would clog initially for the 1st several minutes and automatically unclog. Water was hot usually in the morning and some evenings it was warm, nothing to complain about. The staff was always friendly and great with service and issues. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options. Omelet and eggs made to order, pancakes, French toast, indian food, Chinese food, sausage, bacon, potatoes. Salad bar, yogurt, bread, fruit, muffins, donuts, fresh juice ajd infused water, tons of great options for everyone. We did have one isssue with bar server in sun kiss building, we ordered margarita but it was not good. We went back to the bar in the main building to get another and the bartender made a great one. I expressed this concern to the staff and they said they will look into it, we left it alone thinking they forgot about it. When it was time to check out, I found out they gave us a credit. They blessed me with nice chocolate cake and card for my birthday as well. Excellent service and property

Location-excellent Cleaniness-excellent Room decor and facilities -excellent I love everything about the room, location, cleaniness, newly renovated, decent breakfast. Why 2 stars? I'm contemplating with 1 star, the noise isolation is absoluted horrendous, i would say there is no nose isolation. Was put on 4th floor connecting rooms, i could hear clearly on their conversations, coughs even burps, I'm not exegerrating. I could hear ceramic plates being placed on a table on ground floor's restaurant. It's a shame, could have been a 5 stars execellent hotel. Mostly likely won't return

Hotel is connected to Jungceylon Mall nearby bangla road and banzaan seafood market; walkable to patong beach. Clean and friendly staff.. had a little incident with the breakfast restaurant manager, i would suggest to put a signage of outfit if require formal attire.
