The room I stayed in had good water pressure and hot water in the shower. The air conditioner was great. Had a safety deposit box. The balcony was great if you are a smoker. Staff where pleasant and helpful.

HOTEL FROM HELL!
The place was to total dump.Broken mirror,Broken Bed,Dirty with Cockroaches dirty pool.No pool Bar.Dirty rooms,Broken and filthy showers.Thanks Hotels.com for steeling our money! We thought we could trust you! WE CHECKED OUT AFTER ONE NIGHT STAY SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT CHECKING YOUR LISTINGS WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH YOU AGAIN!

Good aircon but that's it
Not a great stay, room was right next to a main road so could hear everything all night. On first going into the room the shower was dirty. There are rats outside and the staff are quite rude. In fact, they just seem really angry about nothing. WiFi was very poor, bed was uncomfortable and it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. On the plus side the aircon in the room was very good.

Ntg worth for a like except for the location. 1) the actual room condition is way diff from the photos shown in website. Actual condition very old n lack of maintenance. Guess the website photos nvr updated since grand opening？ 2) no hair dryer available at all even had requested from the reception 3) water supply is cut off during the midnight! 4) mosquito flying ard the lobby n inside rooms 5) got the room facing main road super noisy throughout the day even on the 5th floor.

ห้องน้ำโสโครกมาก bathroom is disgusting
ห้องโอเคสมราคา แต่ห้องน้ำตรงที่อาบน้ำโสโครกมาก เหมือนไม่เคยขัดพื้นห้องน้ำและกำแพง คราบไคเกาะเต็มที่ระบายน้ำจนน้ำระบายไม่ได้ ตัน ไม่กล้าเดินเท้าเปล่าเข้าห้องน้ำ มีที่โกนขนของแขกคนก่อนยังวางไว้อยู่เลย เตียงนิ่มหมอนนิ่ม แต่ผ้าห่มบางมาก Shower is filthy. The shower floor looks like never been cleaned. Someone’s razor still in the bathroom.

*Room: spacious and good air conditioning but, smells mold. There was sand on the floor when we got in the room. *Bathroom: small with bad lighting and no shower box or curtains. There was shampoo and shower gel of dubious quality but nice towels. *Elevator: small and dirty, broke once and couldn’t be used for a day. *Pool: is only for the picture. It’s right in front of the breakfast room and there wasn’t even water inside it. *Breakfast: really poor with only one type of plain bread, no cheese or ham. Bad coffee, no cocoa, yogurt and one or two types of fruit. *Location: a little far from the center, it close to cheaper shops and restaurants. *Motorbike rental: No need to leave your passport with them if you’re staying there (unlike rentals), but it’s almos double the price (B$350/day, normally B$200/day) *Staff: they seem to not have any training at all, no hospitality, no smiles, bad attitude with few exceptions.

worst hotel experience ever
I stayed in this hotel with 1 friend for 3 nights, 4 days. Let me say the 1 & only positive thing about this hotel - location. It's close to Patong beach & Bangla street. that's it. now the negatives - the staff is terrible, they don't know English at all. They are not helpful & everytime I wanted to purchase coffee in morning, they treated me like I was asking it for free or begging for it. There's no room boy to carry bags. When I kept the bags at front desk before checking in & after check out, they did not give bag tags. The room had sand on the floor. The room was full of mosquitos, I asked them to spray mosquito repellant which they did. after that the guy started killing mosquitos with hands & did not even clean the floor after that. ridiculous. I asked them to put "goodnight mosquito mat" etc, they said no we don't have it. after constant frowning, they gave 1 to me but it was empty & didn't have anything left in it. They had kept a beach mat in the room, when I opened it, it was full of sand which spoilt the room. the toilet & toiletries were poor. They did not accept card payments even for initial deposit. I wonder why they took deposit at all, as there was no snacks or drinks in the room. what was I supposed to use? no intercom in the room. we stayed outside of the hotel most of the time, due to such poor condition of hotel & disappointing experience.

Location is good BUT a BIG NO NO
I was supposed to stay in Tuana Blue Sky but was directed to stay in Patong Holiday due to the construction going on. Reaching Patong Holiday, it was a nightmare. We were doubled check-in and was brought several times to the rooms that were not supposed to be (single bed rooms). Telling the receptionist was in vain and worse we were threaten by the receptionist, a Russian to FIND other hotels nearby if we were unsatisfied. The photos show are all misleading. Air cond and water heater are not working and you will have rats as company too.

I had money stolen from my room
So Tuana Blue Sky hotel Patong would have to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Due to the theft of moneys from my room I only stayed one out of the four nights I had booked. When I fronted the staff regarding the moneys stolen from my room they all looked the other way whilst looking guilty as sin and refused to refund my money I had paid to stay there. There were building materials in the hallways and there wasn't any tea and coffee making facilities in my room as advertised. Also the balcony door to my room didn't lock. I only discovered this when it was to late. Wotif I strongly advise you to get rid of these cowboys from your books and I would like a full refund. Thank you.

Not worth your $, better places in same price rang
From the beginning to the end staying in that hotel was awful. Firstly, the hotel is located in such a noisy and busy road, which btw is not paved. The hotel offers you two trips a day to go to the beach, whereas the average is 5 for the price range. Also the hotel is not finished, and it offers rooms that are not yet available. To top it all, some of the staff are working in the wrong industry. They dont know what hospitality means, instead of looking for solutions they assumed it was your fault, dont offer any apology (bad management??). The bathroom didnt have a courtain and after a shower the water is all over the tiny place, plus the drainage is slow and water overflows the little step the separates the shower from the rest

I made and paid for booking for two people and was given breakfast vouchers for 2 people. When I wished to bring a guest to my room they insisted that I paid 500 baht ($15) each time. There was nothing in my booking conditions to suggest that nor was there any sign to display I needed to pay that. No coat hangers in room at any time and could not get safe to work. They advertised wifi - but could not show me where House keeping good - but hotel seems very new. Very amateur. staff and extremely poor guest relations Buyer beware - this place does not meet its claims !!!
