We have stayed here many times now, and it’s always impeccable! Clean, quiet, family-friendly, and the staff is so kind and welcoming! The pools are always clean and beautiful, and so is the hot tub! The breakfast is always incredible! We will continue coming back again and again! We love this place!

Willow Brook is nice enough! The doors open outwards, which means you can hear all the cars coming and going and any conversation that your neighbors choose to have from their rooms down to the parking lot! The upgraded rooms looked great! And the breakfast is really good.

Such a clean, quiet beautifully layed out hotel. We enjoy coming here every fall ! Rooms and hot tubs are clean and both pools inside and out are wonderfully relaxing and crystal clear! Love the friendless of the staff, and desk check in and the breakfast hostesses! Very nice plentiful free bkfst each morning and free hot coffee at night with beautiful seating areas outside to sit and relax or room balconies to get some fresh air! Can't say enough how much we love this place!!

Room was very clean with all the amenities found in most hotels. Bathroom was very, very small and vanity area overcrowded with microwave/fridge. Bed was a little too soft, but clean!!! No brochures or hotel information in the room regarding pool area or food availability. Staff was friendly and efficient.
