Overpriced for what it is. Definitely needs updated. The pool & jacuzzi was nice and 24 hours. The customer service was friendly. But the elevator was so slow. The shower had previous guests hair in it and empty shampoo bottle that they provide. Overall it was decent but not worth the money. But if you’re traveling with pets they are very pet friendly.

Great hotel! Breakfast was great, the hot tub/pool was very nice, our room was big enough and the bed was amazing. I fell in love with the spacious shower! Front desk was very helpful and very nice. We had our dog with us and she enjoyed her stay as well. Definitely will stay here again! 10/10!

This was our second stay at this hotel this year. Very cozy and comfortable vibe. It’s Christmas time with this visit. Loved the decorations and holiday music. Nice tree in the lobby. Everyone at the front desk was polite. Check in was quick. Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Location is near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Did not enjoy my stay. Sitting in the chair i could see dust on the desk legs and end table. Furnishings need to be updated and bed is to high for an elderly person to try and get up on. I strugged with this and decided to not stay another night. Only spent 1 night and checked out before 10a.m. the next morning.

Wonderful hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Staff was very welcoming, everything was clean, pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was a plus and very good. Room was very clean and comfortable! Loved the big shower too!

Room is starting to show its age. Carpet at bedroom door was tore up a little where someone’s dog likely scratched the floor trying to get out. Very noisy the first night, up to about 1am. Had to call the front desk. People quieted down but then hit the wall every once in a while. Other side (310), not sure what their deal was. Same, noisy. Slamming doors. Ice machine across from room was super loud. Could hear it like it was in the room. The sofa bed was unsatisfactory. Very uncomfortable. Very noisy when moving around. That mattress needs replaced with something at least satisfactory. Terrible mattress. Like something you might find on the side of the road. I would pay for quality and not have an issue with it (we usually pay around $500 a night). Stay quality just wasn’t there. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Like the hotel and the staff but too noisy. That mattress needs thrown away. I don’t blame the staff. I Blame idiot guests. The couch mattress…no excuse for poor quality. Was like sleeping on a piece of toast. Real terrible. TV…couldn’t get the guide to pull up. Never understood how hotel TV is so bad. Overall, couldn’t recommend this place. Great staff and breakfast was great but other stuff just cancels it out.

It is a nice place to stay when you do not want to hear all the noise off the main strip. Good location to access Pigeon Forge and still take a trip to Gatlinburg. Only thing I didn't like was several people had dogs barking and howling next to my room (in their rooms) repeatedly waking me and my children up.
