Cons-Check in lady wasnt warm & acted like we were bothering her checking in an hour early even though i called ahead to ask. Room wasnt very clean, stains on both chairs, bathroom had visible grime on the mirror & sink. Something spilled all down the wall near the night stand. Bed wasnt very comfortable but had worst. TV remote wasnt working to view the guide & menu. Could hear the traffic outside so hard to sleep. In my opinion over priced for the quality. Pros-The guy who let us have a late check out was nice & breakfast was yummy with lost of warm options. Nice fitness room & the pool was decent.

Disappointed.. the hotel itself was nice. Hotel did not call us to see if it was okay to change our type of room. The changed the type of room we were in. We were more or less needing the space of a suite. The entire reason why I booked this hotel and not the Holiday Inn up the street where we normally stay. They changed us to a 2 bed non accessible room.
