An awesome experience.
This property is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed at. Listening to the animals at night really completed the experience. And seeing kangaroos from our window was spectacular. The food was great and the Zoo was amazing.

If you have small children who love animals. Then this is a fabulous stay for a family you get free parking breakfast is included. Amenities are cery clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. You get a free tour on arrival . Great value for money

Highlight of our trip!
We had an amazing stay! This was the highlight of our trip to Australia! We decided on the animal view room and to be honest I wasn't expecting that we may not see any animals from our room during our stay. Well we had a koala right outside our room during the entire stay! The entire staff from the bartender, front desk staff and the zoo tour guides were amazing! The lounge has a spectacular view of the Sydney Harbour and it is especially at sunset. We had a tour of the zoo before it opened to the public and the tour guides were so friendly and informative. You can tell how much the animals and conservation means to them.

This really was a retreat and a unique experience! Every morning, we were greeted by a koala in the tree outside our window, and we enjoyed watching the echidnas beside the patio every day. Access to the zoo was easy and convenient, and the staff and private tours of the property were fantastic.

This resort deserves a five star review.The welcoming staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing, the Me-Gal restaurant were very knowledgeable and accommodating as I am coeliac, our meal was outstanding and breakfast just as delicious. We had the bushland view room which still had an amazing view, was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Being able to park easily at the zoo and have access to wonder around on both checkin and checkout days made this overnight stay feel like a full weekend away. We will definitely be back

Had the absolute best experience here. The facilities are amazing and the ability to see animals and interact with them was fantastic. We had a superb buffet breakfast with an incredible view of Sydney. Could not recommend more.
