Nice room, recently updated, everything in the building was in good condition, quick friendly check-in. Breakfast open until 10am is a plus. Food is pretty lackluster though. Room was clean, not enough towels or bathroom supplies for multiple nights of multiple people, and no regular housekeeping. But overall very good. We’ll continue to be regular guests.

Fantastic
First time to Pittsburgh area. The hotels location on the river was beautiful! The customer service was top notch and the gentleman at the front desk was superb. My mom is handicapped and he was so helpful in giving me information about things we could do. Even went as far to look u the ferry numbers! Wonderful!

Stay was way more than could have asked for. The staff more than helpful and even remembered the conversation and followed up the next day (impressive). It was a special trip to our first Steelers game along with my sons birthday. 18 hard to make an impression the whole place did and we cant wait for our returning trips.

My door did not close properly. The top hinges had been damaged. The gentleman at the front desk came to the room when called and attempted to repair. He got it to close but the dead bolt would not lock. He was very helpful and called it into Maintenance to be completely repaired the next day.

My room was nice and clean, staff were kind, sometimes took a bit of waiting to get their attention. Wifi really not good, and I could not have breakfast as there was no room in the small area where they served it.

Solid stay
A little rough around the edges (condition of bathroom and the door to the room had to be pulled and shoved hard to open and close), but the staff were kind. The breakfast options were also limited (for me as a vegan, who's a flexible vegetarian when traveling). The bed linens and mattress were awesome. The surrounding area had lots of shops / amenities.

Door issues
Room was mostly clean and comfortable. Small amount of staining in the shower. Biggest issue was the door to the bathroom was too big and made a horrible noise scraping across the floor when you tried to close it. And the door too the room was sticky as well. My husband basically had to shoulder check when we went in. Otherwise good breakfast, good room and a great location

We have stayed here several times before. I was really surprised at the state of our room. The mirror frame was broken and hanging off the wall. The bathroom was dirty and in need of some patching in the wall and tile. The floor was filthy. The front desk staff was non-communicative and gruff when we checked in,.
