Was not prepared to pay for parking, but it was nice to not have to walk far as there was no parking around the hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing, not at all near the selection or variety showed in the photos. We ended up having to go out to eat because the selection was limited. Room was nice, we could not get it to cool down, but our family of 5 was accommodated and the shower had great pressure.

The staff was excellent and attentive especially corey at the front desk they have him placed in the perfect place he is upbeat and polite..i could pass on the pool it was small , not heated, and in poor condition in need of replacing asap ...the parking garage is a lil janky..but other than that...the hotel and staff are my new favorite stay in Pittsburgh

Great location. Walked to and from the ballpark, and The Strip starts two blocks away. Nice staff and good breakfast.

Hotel was nice overall but our room had the dishwasher full of dirty dishes and someone left their dirty underwear in the closet. Staff seemed annoyed when called about it and having to come retrieve it without apologizing.
