The staff at this hotel are very friendly and caring.The breakfast was great. Our room was clean.We wished they had a humidifier and a fridge in the room and a laundry machine in the facility.Other than that, it was perfect for our family, and we want to come back again.

El hotel está muy bonito y muy cercas de la 5ta y lugares convenientes como farmacias. El personal del lugar es muy amable y en recepción son muy agradables. El único detalle es que no tiene estacionamiento pero a un lado hay uno donde pagas de acuerdo al tiempo.

Forgot my iPhone in Taxi, staff was helpful to help me find the taxi. The waiter @ rooftop, was always smiling and attentive to the daily complimentary breakfast. His hospitality was unremarkable!!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s a few blocks from the beach, in the city center, and next door to a 24-hour convenience store. Breakfast is underwhelming but served on the rooftop. Service is outstanding and the staff is informative and friendly. The hotel is really quiet, safe and small, so we had the pool to ourselves many times. Great internet and TV. There’s no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms so you have to eat out every meal, but the hotel is surrounded by every type of restaurant. Great place.

The most important thing for the company to know is that they have a good understanding of what the customer needs. Air conditioning was so good, my arthritis started to act up. It is super close to the famous COCO BONGO and other nightclubs, so the noise tends to get through but not all too much. They are also at a great walking distance to many stores, they even have a 7/ll right under the hotel. Overall my experience was very pleasant
