Great location. Odd room layout…no logical number sequence for the rooms. Had to explore to initially find the room. Complicated remotes for the TV.

The best location for bus and ferry and beach. Elevator was out of order so we requested a main floor room and were accommodated (we are super seniors after all). Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

We had a really nice stay at Casa Melissa. The hotel is right on the beach and our room had a nice view of the beach too. The hotel was also a stones throw away from la Quinta Avenida (the Main Strip) as well as the ADO bus terminal. Our room was big, clean and had a fridge as well as shampoo/conditioner etc. The staff were also friendly. Overall, everything you’re looking for.

Casa Melissa is in a great location. Tons of shopping, lots of restaurants and the beach is a two minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for everything is because we had almost no shower pressure and we didn’t have hot water for a few days. The beds are very hard. This place is a great place to stay if you want be in the middle of the action! All in all we had a great stay.

The room was nice. However, the pool was not clean and if you have an oceanfront room the view is corrupted by an unsightly view of a lot of property that has construction debris and a mattress. The location is close to all the restaurant stores, etc. We stayed there only 2 days because of the great price before we moved to another location so it worked for us.

Close to everything and felt safe. Beds were hard which was ok for me but maybe not others. Wifi clicked off and on randomly so I used my data and roaming to ensure I was connected. Tv only hooked up to YouTube or Netflix which is ok because we didn’t need the tv much. Amazing view. Pool was great to refresh in after a walk or a beach swim.

Best budget hotel I've been to
Excellent budget friendly hotel. No frills, but you're in a fantastic location close to everything. Literally 5 seconds from the beach or shopping or restaurants. For all the action going on it is surprisingly quiet.

A great place to stay in PDC, on the main plaza with all of its local daily activity and just steps from both the ADO terminal and the beach. Although the area is bustling, it is quite serene on the large balconies of the oceanfront junior suites. My oceanfront junior suite was very large, a bit spartan but with a gorgeous view and a wonderful breeze when you are on the balcony. Highly recommend.
