Had a great stay here for a week. The food was great and the swim up bar was awesome! Lots of animals around the resort. The staff was friendly. Property was very well kept up. And the beach was nice just had a lot of kelp so watch out for that if you swim.

The hotel was gorgeous. Lots of dining areas and lots of pools so you are never crowded. The nightly shows were fantastic. Loved the daily activities and spa. Overall a fantastic resort for fun, sun, and relaxation.

The facility has fauna roaming around. Those critters area nuisance. They steal people’s drinks and bags, etc. The rooms contained a smell of mold, humidity. The smell comes through the air conditioning system. In the first room I stayed in, the smell was so bad that it caused me an asthma attack. I complained and I was transferred to another room that was less smelly. In my opinion they need to clean their air conditioner system. Another thing is, I was not able to enjoy the balcony because all you smell is the urine and feces of the animals that climbed on to the porch and sometimes poop on it. I would not stay there again.

The property was overall beautiful. It was well maintained. The rooms were large and well appointed with many amenities. Unfortunately, the were a bit dark and dated in parts but for an older hotel that is to be expected. The service was inconsistent and lack for the most part. You got some people who did an excellent job but for the most part patrons were ignored and their issues were not handled with any decency. While there we were traveling with two small children (2 and 7) and there was nothing for them to do on a rainy day because the kids club is exclusively for those who book in the family section yet so the children who aren't in that section have no special activities they can participate in without paying an extra charge. When I left my room (for what I thought was the last time), at 8:35am in the morning to go to the front desk to check out, I realized I was missing my jacket and sneakers (which were left on my bed in the hurry to get out) so I hurried back to get them only to find the things left in the room picked over and my valuable sneakers and jacket missing. I went to the front desk to report it but all I recieved was "you left them in the room and they were removed to go to the lost and found...you left them" all while I have the room keys in my hand because I have not checked out yet. So I had to return to Canada without them with no attempt to help me from the front desk. I would not recommend going to this place at all now.

This was the worst experience ever, don’t stay here!! My family and I stayed it here and we never had anyone come to clean our room. People were leaving trash outside the rooms since no one will come to clean. I have a two year old child and it was so frustrating to struggle to get food. The staff members went on strike and nothing was open everything was closed. We payed extra for the amenities and we had to go to another hotel to pay day pass to be able to eat and enjoy the beach. The hotel is nice but it’s very dirty.

We spent a week here. The staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of activities. The nightly shows were amazing. The fire and drum show was our favorite. The food was okay. Just know you will be asked to do sign up to talk about a timeshare opportunity right after you check in.

This was our 4th tip to this resort, and we love it. The staff are amazing and have always had a wonderful time. The resort is starting to show some wear, but they will be remodeling soon. Love this place.
