The hotel is located in a very convenient area. It is very close to the Quinta Avenida and Plaza Las Perlas (pickup point to go to many tours). It is also quiet and full of plants which give it a cozy and appealing design. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great time staying there and would stay again for sure.

There are a lot of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. The room was modernly decorated however underneath the bed was filthy and so was the space between the bed and the headboard. The staff were very helpful. I do wish that staff would join reception without being told especially when there are queues. I did enjoy my stay and the room pictures on Expedia matched the appearance in person

Excellent staff and clean. Perfect location to esplore the beach and town. Yiu can immerse in the community. Our group of six felt safe walking as early 4am and a night in town until 1am.

El hotel está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado con la zona turística a dos cuadra, lejos del ruido de la zona de bares. Es un lugar limpio, el desayuno buffet muy rico, la piscina con temperatura ambiente perfecta para el calorcito de Playa. Las habitaciones son amplias y aunque la calidad de la ropa de cama puede mejorar, se encuentran muy limpias. La regadera deliciosa con mucha presion del agua y temperarura perfecta. Nos gustaría regresar pronto.

Beautiful garden courtyard with pool and bar. Clean and spacious rooms that were quiet. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Price was reasonable and I would choose to stay here again when in Playa del Carmen.

The pool and bar are great. Parking is fantastic large lots of room for any vehicle. The bolted is very conveniently located in the Downtown of Playa del Carmen. I’d return here it was great.
