Prices inside the resort were very high. $10 USD for a bag of chips, $35 for sunscreen, $100 for sunglasses that you can find on Amazon for $25, etc... But overall, loved it. Buffet was a B. Restaurants were A's. Alcohol was very very week in all the bar drinks, but when ordered in a restaurants, the booze was noticeable. I would go back no question.

Upgraded for $300 when checking in at 11 AM and told room would be ready in an hour.. did not get room until 6 PM. Receptionist and concierge would just point fingers at each other and kept us going back and forth. We’ve been to iberostars in many countries and this location 3x, but this was the most disappointing trip. Moreover, the bathrooms by the pools need to be cleaned more often. They smell terrible and most of them are usually overflowing.

We paid an extra $200 to upgrade our room. We spent one night in the room & the second night the ceiling developed a leak and we were moved to a different room. The air conditioning never got the room cooled and never offered a refund of our room that we only spent one night in.

I went to the same resort 6th time. I like how the new manager changed the resort. The bar attenders in the beach lobby are outstanding and super friendly. It is also nice that reservations for restaurants are no longer required. I will be back there again.

My husband and I visited August 2024. We had a good time. Would definitely return alone, not with our little kids. There are no kid water slides at our section. (Paraiso Beach) Other than that, it met all our needs.

Our stay was 5 days, it was very pleasant, there were always activities for children and adults, there was always a place to eat and the food was very good in most of the sites. The space of the rooms is comfortable as well as the bathroom, although the toilets do not have water force. Lots of beautiful gardens and animals .... We recommende it

Communication was lacking upon check in and throughout the stay. Their website and expedia's said you could access all iberostar locations in the area but that is not true. You don't even have access to the entire resort we stayed at advertised as all-inclusive however that was not true you had to pay extra for some shows and certain areas of the resort and bars were only accessible if you paid extra for a membership but that was not communicated prior to booking. And the air conditioning in our room kept breaking. We would not stay at this resort again.
