This is our second time back to this resort. The entertainment group and staff are so personable and really do make the entire experience! Restaurants are great with different food options. Hibachi was amazing. The pools are so nice and warm. Only complaint is our room AC can't go below a certain temp so it never got very cold for sleep.

Everything was great mainly, but one thing I wish I knew before booking - we had a swim out room and the pool equipment was under room, so it was pretty noisy all the time, we asked staff to reduce the noise and it helped a bit, but not fully. So make sure it's not the case when you are booking ..

The property was well maintained and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants we dined at were delicious. We enjoyed the beach and the beach bar. The pool, pool bar and activities was always a fun time. The room I booked had an issue (the room had a mold/mildew smell and after a one night stay I was not sleeping another night in it) and we were moved to another room which was okay. It still was considered a swim out like I had, but had two double beds when I specifically booked a junior suit with a queen bed swim out for two of us. We were moved from the main pool area to the back side of the resort near the road which was not what I would of expected for the price I paid. But they claimed that is all they had. This was my only complaint. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

Por dónde empezar- Beto, Ram, Luna, Maru- son un equipo increíble!! Definitivamente lo mejor de este hotel es su staff, y más nadie el equipo de animación! Es la quinta vez que vengo al Platinum y se que es lo mejor- desde la comida a las actividades, la atención y amabilidad siempre lo distinguen. Los shows de la noche, un talento increíble! Los bailarines son de primera y a demás de todo se ve que disfrutan del show al 100! Los de seguridad, el bar (Cristian, muchas gracias!) y todo el equipo hacen de tu estadía un encanto- muchas gracias todos, definitivamente se que por algo siempre regreso acá y espero estar de vuelta muy pronto!

It was beautiful, excellent dining options, very friendly staff. First time to stay in an all inclusive and it definitely was worth it. The only thing I did not like is the darkness in the buffet area and restaurants. I know it is romantic but when your old it's hard to read in very dim lights. Overall a wonderful trip.

Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Food was exceptional. NYE celebration was very well-done. We had plenty to do and lots of time for R&R - whatever we wanted. When one stays at an all-inclusive that is not walk friendly to other facilities, it is critical that the resort meet one's expectations and needs. 5 stars for Princess. They did exactly that! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 days between christmas and the new year. Our first adults only resort. The staff were all fantastic. We never had any complaints on food and there were enough options/restaurants we could try something new every night if we wanted. Our favorites were the Italian (aurora) and the tex mex (rodeo). Breakfast at the buffet was excellent we ate there every morning they even had a self serve mimosa bar. Room service menu is available 24hrs. All the staff are consistently cleaning the resort grounds. Our room had fresh sheets/towels and supplied water bottles everyday. There is something for everyone here with quiet areas along with party/activity areas. They have an area near the front to book excursions which makes things much more organized/stress free for day trips. This resort is also very central for most day trips all our drives off the resort were from 30m-1h drives. The beach for this resort was a little rocky but still very clean and swimable a nicer sand beach is just a 2 minute walk down the beach infront of the other princess resort. It will be hard to book another resort for our next visit to Mexico. I would say this resort is as advertised and try not to read too much into negative reviews as we did before arrival. Would reccomend to anyone.
