We have vacationed all inclusive resorts around the Gulf and Caribbean for over 15 years this was definitely one of the best resorts we’ve enjoyed. The grounds and facilities were clean, and well maintained. The main pool is massive and we were able to find seating every day without racing there at 7am to “find a spot”. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the beach due to the weather. We heard, and it did appear to be fairly rocky so I would recommend water shoes but we also found there to be a lots of shaded seating which we think is a must when the sun is blazing. The biggest criteria for a good stay for us is the food. I would say 4-4.5 stars out of 5, so very good. We found the buffet to be very good, clean, efficient, vast choices, very tasty. My only complaint for the week would be that on a couple of occasions the coffee was served cold, but we did get hot refills. We enjoyed all the theme restaurants, some more than others but all were overall good experiences. The staff throughout our stay were very good and very attentive, also the activities staff were very engaging and enthusiastic. It was a great trip, always too short, we would definitely go back.

This place is amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were so lovely, and the food was even better!! We especially appreciated the quieter pool area which was wonderful for relaxing. We will be back!

The food was terrible at every restaurant! It was so bad that 2 people from our group left just 3 days into the trip after paying a crazy amount of money for nothing. On top of that, the staff knew the food sucks and didn't care. They were also rigid about accommodating any request - the answer was inevitably 'no, we are told we cannot allow that". When we requested to speak with a manager, that was another strange ordeal - most hotels are happy to connect a guests to a manager, but not here. They even refused to give us the name of the manager and acted as this was the most unusual request. Then we were told there is actually no manager at the hotel at all, that the manager sits in another office at another property.... So, the food sucks. The hotel grounds are pretty but food is terrible and the hotel should be marketed for Weight Loss. THE WORST WASTE OF MONEY AND WORST FAMILY vacation. 7 people in our group and everyone was deeply unhappy to be there!

The plants and flowers really make this a truly gorgeous resort. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Truly some of the best food I've ever had anywhere. We love this resort and plan to visit in the future.

This is the second time I have stayed at the resort and I absolutely loved it. It’s very large and spread out. The beaches are beautiful and the pool activities are so much fun. But I especially enjoyed the lodging, the rooms are superior.
