CYPRESS POINT LODGE - THE VINTAGE HOLIDAY HOUSES

Cypress Point Lodge is as versatile as it is stylish, having been
recently updated with contemporary furnishings. Whether you are
looking for a getaway for individuals or couples, this is the house for
you. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all with comfortable
king size beds that can be separated into single beds offering
flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom is spaciously
designed with walk in robe and modern ensuite and the further
three bedrooms, one of which is self-contained, are beautifully
appointed with modern furnishings throughout. The externally
accessed self-contained bedroom upstairs includes an ensuite,
kitchenette, television with Foxtel and Juliette balcony with table
and chairs for those lazy Sunday breakfasts in the sun.

The large open plan living room includes a dining area that seats 8
people. The bright modern kitchen overlooks the living area and has
everything you need to cook up a storm. When it is time to relax,
head over to the long leather couch, access the home entertainment
system fire up the gas fireplace. There is also a second living area
with a TV ideal for the kid's enjoyment. Every room in the house
includes central heating while air conditioning keeps you cool in
summer.

The living room opens to an outdoor entertaining area overlooking
the 3rd green, complete with a large dining table (seats 8
comfortably), BBQ and a 3-piece lounge setting. The covered
outdoor area offers privacy, the only thing needed is a nice glass of
Hunter Valley wine and good company.

Additional features of Cypress Point Lodge make the home all the
more comfortable with a laundry, powder room offering a fourth
bathroom and a space to get ready when the other bathrooms are
occupied and double garage including an additional fridge/freezer
where you can store your extra food and drinks. The house is fully
furnished with linen, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair
dryers, cutlery, crockery, platters, laundry powderetc. All king
bedding features luxury cloud toppers ensuring a great night's sleep.
