Welcome to Kokoon which in the Finnish language means together
or whole, a feeling that you will most certainly experience when
staying with friends or family at this beautiful property.

Designed with your comfort in mind, the main living area is
positioned centrally to all other rooms of the home, adding to the
ease, accessibility and comfort of your stay. Located in the heart of
the Hunter Valley at the prestigious Vintage estate, you will only be
minutes away from wineries, restaurants and the best of the Hunter
Valley.

This home features a direct view from the open-plan living area
towards the surrounding parklands and tree-lined view; with an
option for dining on the outdoor patio or even a dip in the in-ground
swimming pool. The master bedroom is spaciously designed,
complete with a king sized bed and modern ensuite; including a dual
vanity and large shower recess. At the opposite end of the house,
you will find three more beautifully appointed bedrooms with
modern furnishings throughout. With its own dedicated media room,
finish your busy days of golf or wine-tasting with your own movie
night in the Hunter Valley.

Surrounded by the rural and relaxing Hunter Valley atmosphere,
spend your afternoons watching the local kangaroos from your back
patio - or from the refreshing comfort of your ownpool.

This home boasts 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
separate media room with spacious central living area complete
with modern kitchen and dining area overlooking the outdoor
entertaining area and inground pool.

A great weekend away
This was a beautiful property in a great location, exactly as listed. The property management was a bit over the top with their reminders to familiarise ourselves with the code of conduct - six times to be exact. We received three separate emails plus a face to face reminder on check in, followed by another email and a hard copy left in the property. 🙄

Absolutely Beautiful House
This was probably the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed at through Stayz. There's absolutely nothing to fault - it's such a beautiful house, in a nice quiet spot and close enough to a fair few vineyards. The house had everything we could possibly have needed. The fireplace was an unexpected but welcome addition even though the place was perfectly insulated and needed little heating assistance. The pool was (naturally) cold but still a great size and good fun. Not much more to say other than we can't wait to come back!
