I made a mistake by booking another motel stay on the same day we were expected at the Red Lion Inn. Fortunately the manager on duty allowed us to stay without further charges. This went beyond my expectations as this was absolutely my error and they have my sincere appreciation for the kind gesture. They also went out of their way to help us with an accessible room. These people are terrific! Thank You!

Great place to stay when visiting Polson. Rooms are clean and spacious. The sofa and chair are nice for watching tv or reading. There is a microwave, small fridge and a k-cup coffee maker. Breakfast provided lots of cold and hot options.

Only problem with the facility which weve stayed at many times, the pool is extremely cold for older or young people. There was also a very strong amount of chlorine. To the point my eyes were stinging. That's one area that needs to be addressed. I've only gotten into the pool once in all the years we've stayed there.

The view of Flat Head Lake is spectacular. The only issue I had with the property was trying to get into the swimming pool and hot tub area. There were a few guests living at the hotel with a number of small children. They would be in the swimming pool area pretty much all day which meant we had to wait until after 9:00 o'clock in the evening to use the pool and hot tube.

Room stunk. Dogs barking at midnight in room across hall. Moved. . Not given room with lake view. Moved. Old marked up furnishings rusted bottom of tub. Not enen offered a discount for the trouble. Wouldn't recommend.
