This is my favourite hotel. The staff is excellent, the furnishings are beautiful, and the whole place is spotless. I will add the convenience of the restaurant is ideal. Truly world class!

There was a group of young hockey players in the hotel the parents were letting then run all over the place unsupervised. they were loud and rambunctious blocking the hallways throwing ice all over the place. I asked the front desk to deal with it and they did not. I was not impressed
Front desk fellow seemed unhelpful and abit confused when we checked in.
Maryanne from housekeeping made up for it and was extremely helpful. Restaurant/pub was good.
The check in was fantastic, very professional and informative. However, may we suggest that you take the time to stop the children from running up and down the hallways repeatedly please.
We stayed one night in November for a team hockey tournament. Breezy check in, lovely warm rooms, great staff and a fun atmosphere in the nax'id pub. I wish all tournament hotels were this comfortable. Would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you!
The hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pub had a good atmosphere. The only issue we had was a special breakfast for our hockey team was $21 a head and was very subpar. Scrambled eggs under cooked sausages and toast. For hash browns they came out with french fries? Pretty lame.
