Some of the reviews here are a bit harsh in my opinion. Clearly the unit has had a facelift since the 2014 review as the carpet is new and furniture was very comfortable. Good TV and comfortable bed. The unit is on the 3rd story but there is a lift. It is very slow so we walked except on arrival and vacating when moving bags and boxes. There is a dedicated parking bay not mentioned in the info for unloading luggage near the lift as the lift does not open into the garage area. We have a Toyota Prado and getting in and out of the dedicated garage was tight but we managed. The unit is quite large and very comfortable. The location was excellent, on top of the hill and only 3 blocks to the centre of town. The view is great with the pine trees adding character in our opinion. They certainly don't block the view. The kitchen design was well set out. There is no linen included though this suited us as it keeps costs down. Security is like fort Knox with keys needed to get into garages, lifts, stairwells and the unit. So many keys provided, but for day to day use, only 2 keys are used. The negatives: And these are not deal breakers as I would stay here again. The kitchen utensils, pots pans etc need a good spring clean and purge for many items. The cleaners need to get onto this. The kitchen was also lacking in some basic areas such as utensils, pots and pans. Its all very basic. The owner needs to look into this. Otherwise the kitchen layout is great. There is a musty smell in the unit once you arrive, but it quickly clears once some doors and windows are opened. Some rain may have caused some dampness somewhere not obvious to us. There is no WIFI and this is unusual these days. The large smart TV with Netflix etc all unusable except free to air TV. Overall this unit is great and I can recommend this unit.

Very basic kitchen utensils glasses etc. in a Covid safe environment no sanitiser or complementary soap or hand towels. Great location but could be kitted out a little better.
