Stroll to stunning Rainbow Beach from this well presented 2 storey home that sleeps eight people.

Spread over 2 levels the lower level includes the kitchen, dining and lounge with full bathroom and laundry. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, second bathroom and seperate  living area leading onto the entertaining deck overlooking the pool.

This holiday beach house is approximately 350 metres to the Bonny Hills Surf Club and Fat Fish Bistro or approximately 550 metres to the Bonny Hills Beach Hotel/family friendly Tavern and Bonny Hills Garden Centre Cafe where you can sit and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Bonny Hills is located within a 25 minute drive south of Port Macquarie and 28 minute drive to Wauchope and is a popular holiday destination for people who are looking for that relaxing getaway within reach of the beach and popular tourist attractions.

Bonny Beach House does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

Beautiful little spot just a 100m walk away from the beach! Was perfect for our stay there, did have provide your own linens however that was fine. However there was minimal cleaning products including spray and wipes fyi. Pool was fantastic and we spent lots of time on the back deck. Will be back soon!

Great location, family friendly
The property was situated a short walk from the beach, surf house and coffee shop. Nice quiet area. The outside pool area was run down and needs some work but overall didn’t affect our stay. It was fully fenced for pets. House had everything you need inside and was near and tidy. Having to supply your own linen was a bit of a pain. Overall though it was a nice spot to stay 👍

A disappointing stay
We have stayed at this property before and rebooked looking forward to another good stay. Halfway through our stay the washing machine started playing up and continually beeped not allowing me to select a wash cycle. I worked out through much frustrating trial and error that if I unplugged it for a couple of hours the fault would reset and I could wash a load. We are a family of 6 so the washing is considerable and certainly not what i wanted to make the focus of my stay. The dryer also was not drying clothes, even after 3 150min cycles which was not an issue until it started raining. The upstairs AC does not work either, just blows room temp air no matter what setting it is on. We reported all these issues after trying to sort them out ourselves, on the Monday of our second week. I was condescendingly told that AC and dryers were non essential items, and that they would see if their appliance man could come see the washing machine as a priority. He made contact with me the next day and was great to deal with, he reported to the real estate that both the washing machine and dryer needed to be replaced. The air con was never inspected so should be removed from being advertised on the listing. No one from the real estate got in touch with me so I rang on the Thursday. I requested compensation but as yet have heard nothing. We are farmers from the bush and not whingers, never given a bad review. They should update the listing and the real estate could be better to deal with.

Neat, practical, great location
This property suited our needs for an extended family. It's a little older but neat and clean. Pool was great, kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, water pressure in the showers was superb and only a stroll to the beach. Loved the pet friendly backyard.

Not good enough
Lounge had spider webs on it, ants everywhere. AC didn’t blow cool air was a very hot weekend. TV upstairs didn’t work, no screens on windows upstairs. filthy light fitting, AC was black with dust. We checked out next day. Had to find a hotel. Very costly weekend. I’m still waiting on compensation Booked in Feb now mid April. Elders agency do not answer my emails or return my calls.

Simple but comfortable
The property is a good base to explore port Macquarie area. Alittle run down windows and doors jam , air conditioner didn’t work and no fly screens due to French doors in 3 of the bedrooms meant lots of flies inside. Spacious enough for 6 people, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and lounges. Nice basic family accommodation could be really nice with some TLC.

We will be using the house again on the future as a perfect place for our large family to stay in.
This is a great house for small to large family. close to the beach and bonny hills is a great location. The house isnt 5 star as with the price, so a great priced well equipped holiday home. Dont forvet to orgainse your Linen.. Camden Haven Laundry Were so helpful. Family were very happy.. Thanks Guys
