Clean, comfortable, convenient
While older in style, the unit was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and the living area and balcony bathed in beautiful north eastern winter sunshine.

A secure ,well appointed unit. the living area and balcony were very comfortable The kitchen area was well equipped and had ample crockery and cutlery as well as lots of pots and pans and storage containers. Unfortunately ,the sink was stained and dirty and taps chipped. Taps in the toilet and bathroom need replacing(a single mixer tap unit would be good)Exhaust fans in both the toilet and Bathroom are essential .Lighting in all areas is adequate
