Needs better cleaning
The bads: All hidden places (under the beds, furntiure, matterss had not been cleaned for a long time) Same goes for the Oven, and Coffee machine, and the Dyson Airpurifier We did not feel very confident about the bed sheets/blankets either We reported all of the above, and sent photos to the property manager but nothing was done during our 05 days of stay For 4 persons, staying 05 days there were 3 toilet rolls (as part of some undeclared policy). A toilet roll costs 50 cents if they do not wish to stock more, they shall let guests now so that they can at least organise themselves We expect more in terms of cleanliness especially when paying a hefty cleaning fee We expect more from the property manager, except for them just forwarding the pictures to the owner We handed over keys on Tuesday 10AM, and recieved our $500 refund next Tuesday (yes, there was one publich holiday, but ONE not five) The goods: Good location Newly renovated Well maintained Has pretty much everything that you would want in a holiday home Will we stay again: Maybe not
