Situated at Town Beach - ideal for swimming, surfing and pottering in the rock pools. When you've had enough sun, sand and surf you can enjoy a picnic under the shady trees in the park opposite or keep the children occupied on the play equipment in the park whilst everywhere you look is an ocean view.

Set among some of Port Macquarie's finest cafes and restaurants. Both units 7 and 8 enjoy easterly balconies with ocean views, undercover parking and internal laundries.

Unit 8 is a 3rd floor unit and is fully tiled for your easy care holiday.

Walk to shops and beach: November 2024
We stayed in Spring, so the lack of ceiling fans or air conditioning were no issue at all; with the sea breeze coming through the doors. We left a lot fitter than when we came, due to the 48 odd stairs to enter and leave the apartment each time and brought our own linen, as specified. Overall a neat and tidy apartment in a great location with cooking facilities, washing machine and dryer.

Excellent location, great views, reasonable price
We stayed 3 nights and was perfect getaway. Sit on balcony and enjoy the views. Walk down to city centre along river walkway in about 15mins. Just a quick note for anyone elderly ( well slightly more elderly than us 48/58) the unit is on the 3rd floor. Thus the great views. But also 3 levels of stairs.Butbwell worth the climb.
