The pics on the site makes it seems like a nice place to stay for a good price. Walking into the room, the feeling was like I was coming into the a place where they have weekly rentals. People have their whole lives here. Grills outside in the yard, dogs outside, kids running in dirty diapers and bikes hanging upside down. People who look like they haven’t bathed in a long time and room smells of smoke after being advertised as non smoking. I reported that a crack pipe a pen that was taken apart and Durant on both ends fell out of the ironing board. Lighters and scrubbers on the closed shelf and trash behind the bathroom door. The feel was just dirty. I couldn’t stay and checked right out. This gives quality inn a bad name and it’s some nice quality inns out there I would NEVER rent from Quality inn. I called front desk to report and he says no rooms left. I called Hotels.com and they handled everything as if I went to go get my big brother cause the lil kids picking on me. I really appreciate them taken care of the situation cause the manager did nothing. I’m plus size and couldn’t fit in the tub without my body against the curtain, no way. It was just around terrible. I was willing to ignore the initial feeling cause it was a staycation but after I found that crack pipe I was done.

This is an older roadside motel. It is convenient and cheap. The bathroom was not very clean. The furnishings and linens were aged. Our 2nd floor room opened up to the parking lot. As a single mom I didn’t feel it was the safest place and will not book again. We were traveling on vacation and stayed at multiple hotels during the trip and I was disappointed with this one. We didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast - I was discouraged by the cleanliness of the room.

First off, I booked a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. When I bought it to their attention, they claimed that I did book a smoking room. When I showed them my booking confirmation for a non-smoking room, she told me they sold my room to someone else. They also told me there was no vacancies so they had no other options for me. When I entered my room, I was overwhelmed with the amount of smoke from tobacco and marijuana. The smoke smell is literally stuck on the clothes I had there. The room next-door to me had a door connecting the two rooms and I could literally see the smoke coming from the other room into my room. In addition, the bathroom was dirty appearing and the place looked so old with peeling wallpaper, paint, and rusting areas all over. The outside area did not feel safe. As a single woman staying alone, I was nervous staying there and had difficulty falling asleep.

The room was full of roaches sheets had stains extremely dirty. I try to go back to the lobby and it was closed with a service window and a bell... they never answer...

Do not stay at this hotel - Please read
This hotel is absolutely horrible. It is disgustingly filthy, non-smoking room smells like smoke. The door did not lock properly and there were numerous people wandering around the hotel - it did not feel safe at all. I was going to request a different room however the entire place was so filthy I chose to leave. I asked for a refund and it was not granted. I am hoping that Hotels.com will either refund me or possibly issue a credit for another stay. I cannot stress enough how awful and unsafe this hotel is. I would share photos but I didn't stay long enough to take any.

Cheap but not worth it
When we arrived, the front desk greeted us immediately, which was nice. However, I had booked a NON-Smoking room but was told that I booked a smoking room. When we said that we wanted non-smoking the gal at the front desk acted as if she did us a favor by changing it to a NON-Smoking room, which was upstairs. The only problem with this is that they do NOT have an elevator. That is a problem for someone who has difficulty with stairs. There was also a stain on one of the bedspreads, the bottom drawer handle on the dresser was broken, and the sink didn’t drain very fast.

Staff was awful. Watched them stand there and pick up the phone and immediately hang up on people. Paid for a room with 2 beds and got only 1 bed and was told to figure it out with management the next day. They were the rudest staff I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry.

Power went out at 9 pm the night Milton showed up and never went back on when we checked out at 9 am the next morning. So no generators. Ice machine didnt work. Tried to ask an employee for more towels and they didnt understand a word of american. Housekeeping cleans with their eyes closed. They do need to update alot. The only good thing...the bed was comfy.
