On the upper level of this modern duplex you will find the open plan, air-conditioned living area with flatscreen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and WiFi. Off the living area is the large balcony with outdoor dining, the perfect space to cook up a storm on the gas BBQ or lounge back on the sunlounge and admire the distant water views.

Also located on the upper level is the open plan kitchen, it offers full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a coffee machine. There are two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, the main bathroom and an ensuite also on this level.

Downstairs provides the second living area with TV and DVD player, the third bedroom with the comfort of a ceiling fan and another bathroom.  All up there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, holidaying at 1/32 Ocean Avenue is easy   Extra benefits such as an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer plus secure parking in a double lock up garage and room to park the boat in the driveway all make this the ideal holiday destination.


Birubi Point Surf Club, Birubi Beach which is patrolled from September to April, Crest Cafe, beach fishing and the famous Stockton Sand Dunes known for the 4WD and quad bike tours and sandboarding are all close by.
