With the added bonuses of Free unlimited Wifi, Smart TV air conditioning and undercover secure parking this unit will tick all the boxes for your next holiday.

The sunlit living/ dining area has water views and flows out onto the private balcony with BBQ facilities. The modern kitchen provides a dishwasher, microwave and complete cooking facilities.

There are two bedrooms with the main having access to the second balcony, the bathroom has the bonus of having a bath, walk in shower, vanity and separate toilet. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

4 Fleetwood is just a walk across the road to the waters edge and only a short 200m walk to boutique shops, variety of restaurants including The Game Fish Club and Shoal Bay Resort & Spa.

The apartment has a perfect location across the road from the beach. We had drinks and nibbles every afternoon on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed
