We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Waterfront Holiday Rental. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful with views of the water, scenic walking tracks and great fishing spots nearby. The beach themed decor throughout the home was also appreciated.

Nice little spot to stay, easy property manager to deal with. House is great but if you have young kids might not be suitable due to sunken lounge and lots of different flooring with various heights. Other than that, great stay

Hi , location was fine but I really do think this property needs upgrading . It’s very very 70’s . I also own guest houses in the pokolbin area . I feel they need to supply paper towel/ garbage bags/ toilet paper x 6 And just generally clean the place up it’s very lived in . Not at all an accommodation site , more like a personal home . Cupboards are very clustered with too much in the kitchens. . Regards Gai-Lee

A well loved property at a great location
We spent a couple of nights at this lovey property during our recent trip and we all had an amazing time. The property is very well equipped and decorated (it even has Christmas deco!), and there was ample space for our kids to play and run around. Sonya was great with communication and the whole checkin and checkout process was seamless. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for access to the water.
Property was perfect for our particular needs. Basically 8 adults using the house as a kayaking base… Accommodation was flexible Howe you would need to ensure you get on with friends as rooms are setup with 3 beds to a room plus a double bedroom. All facilities worked well…

This place had everything we’d hoped for in our stay. There’s nothing you could want for from fully equiped kitchen, comfortable living areas, games and activities and all the mod cons. Loved the mix of modern and vintage, heaps of character. Location was lovely, we loved the beautiful walls to town. Tire swing in the park across the road. Close to couple clubs and shopping you need.

The stay was wonderful. Much better than the photos. But the only drawback was the Bbq was filthy and we had to clean and it took us about half an hour to make it ready to use and on the second day the bbq ran out of gas. If the owner had put some extra gas for bbq that would have been great. Thank you

The house is amazing. Very well equipped, well maintained and pretty much everything is there. They even had the fire woods and firepit for the bonfire. Towels were clean. There is only one toilet. So for a large group is can be a bit tricky. The bay is right opposite to the house. A nice stroll is easy. But please note, this on on the other side of the bay from the commercial side of Nelson Bay. So you need to drive 40-50 minutes to reach all the fun spots. This place is very quiet and really enjoyable if you are in a group. There was no toilet paper and shower gel. But I take it as a genuine mistake.
